We started by making our own natural starter from locally grown Sorghum flour to replace commercial yeast, rooting back to the ancient way of bread making. From there we built our sourdough bread recipe, again, using locally grown grains. We made sure to achieve the taste, texture, the bounce all of us want from a sourdough bread. Glorious bread.
